Join me for an 8 week online education and movement series. Learn what trauma is, how it lands in the body, and why it is crucial for us to move it consciously through our bodies. 6 principles rooted in neuroscience and psychology will demonstrate how movement helps us heal and cope with the effects of trauma on our bodies and in our lives. A manual and journal will be provided for you to deepen your relationship with this experience.
